Here are the Wezen updates from June 13, 2023, based on our users' reported issues and feedback. Overall this version is focused on the continous improvements of the notifications and studio editor.
Translate
- Added the possibility to dissociate document/asset into multiple tasks.
Studio
- Added Wezen's own spell-checker, along with a toggle to alternate between the browser (and extension) spellchecker(s).
Memory
- Updated the format of the "Last edit", "Last usage" and "Creation date" fields in Memory to a timestamp format.
Notifications
- Improved overall information display of email notifications.
- Update on notifications message when a new user is added in a group.
- Added a custom priority time for notifications.
- Added the name of the task along with the ID in email notifications.
Authentification
- Users are now automatically redirected to the login page after session timeout.
Memory
- Improved visual cue when filtering in the memory widget.
Translate
- Updated the responsiveness to display the toolbar menu with a screen size width of 1440 pixels or superior.
Studio
- Update the layout of the result on the TM widget, words break properly.
Codex
- Fixed an issue with the import of files onto Codex repository.
Memory
- Improved alert messages when re-indexing memories.
Studio
- Fixed an issue with the removal of an MT from a project.
- Fixed an issue with the edition of content inside HTML tags.
- Fixed an issue with the LanguageTool Chrome extension not appearing on the Studio.
- Fixed an issue with the insertion of a segment from the memory widget after doing a search on it.
- Fixed an issue about QA check erasing content with numbers that are similar to dates.
Translate
- Fixed an issue with the Analysis result when there are cross-local languages.
Termbase
- Fixed an issue regarding the "Definition" input while adding a new term in the termbase.
- Fixed an issue with empty term in the termbase.
- Fixed a bug while adding a term without translation status in the termbase.
