Here are the Wezen updates from August 2024, based on our users' reported issues and feedbacks. 


Enhancements

Translate

  • Wezen can now segment on asterisks (Akeneo use case where asterisks are bullet points)

Memory

  • Added a check to limit users from uploading a new TMX when the memory is not properly indexed  


Notifications

  • Users who had disabled all Wezen notifications would not receive important emails like maintenance schedule. They will now receive these notifications 


SAM

  • Workflow steps in SAM now have dedicated icons to improve readability

Translate


Tasks screen

  • Fixed issue where the search bar in the task preview would not find any result if the searched word contained an accent
  • Fixed issue where it was possible to pre-assign a task to two different people, making it impossible for the task to change state 


Studio

  • Fixed issue where autopropagation and dynamic correlations wouldn't update the segment live. The user had to reload the page to see the result
  • Fixed issue where Wezen would segment content in the middle of curly brackets ("{ }") instead of considering it as a whole 
  • Fixed issue where the character count did not account for spaces between segments of a same translation unit 


Write

  • Propagated to Write studio the fixes done on the termbase widget on the Translate studio :
    • Termbase terms not being highlighted
    • Termbase search giving results in all languages instead of the specified one
    • Opening the termbase widget takes more than 10 minutes
  • Fixed issue where saving segments didn't update its micro status (colored dot in the studio) 


SAM


Channels

  • Fixed issue where some Akeneo content was not pulled by the channels
  • Fixed issue where Magento products not assigned to categories could not be pulled by the Wezen
  • Fixed issue where modifications made to channel settings or workflow settings wouldn't be saved

Content browser

  • Fixed issue where the synchronization status remained "unsynchronized" when it should have displayed "synchronized" 
  • Fixed issue where some assets would not be synchronized with Wezen 
  • Fixed issue where channels wouldn't synchronize with the distant back office as specified in the settings (synchronization frequency) 
  • Fixed issue where the "Last success" date displayed in the content browser would be different from the one displayed in the channel list 


Admin

  • Fixed issue where, when deleting the last user of a group, the user had to reload the page to see that the user is in fact deleted
