This article is about the usage of the new analysis results - especially on how to extract the analysis results, and what kind of data is available in the analysis file.

Analysis file


With the update to the new analysis system, there are new types of data that will be exported in the Analysis file. There are three different types of analysis file, global analysis, analysis per task, and analysis per pair of languages.


The analysis data will be extracted in XLSX file format, and it can be downloaded via the Analysis panel.




Global analysis


In the Analysis data export, the first sheet's data, called Analysis results, corresponds to the global analysis results for selected tasks. This data is a copy of the data shown in the Analysis panel.

Analysis per task


After selecting the tasks on your task screen, and downloading the Analysis file, we have the possibility to have an analysis result for each task. It will be grouped inside the sheet called Selected tasks.



There are 18 columns, which are:

  • Column 1 - Wezen ID
  • Column 2 - Wezen external ID
  • Column 3 - Task name
  • Correlations repartitions: 
    • Column 4 - Existing Correlations
    • Column 5 - Anticipated correlations
  • Existing matches repartitions:
    • Column 6 - Existing 100%
    • Column 7 - Existing 95-99%
    • Column 8 - Existing 85-94%
    • Column 9 - Existing 75-84%
    • Column 10 - Existing 50-74%
  • New words repartitions:
    • Column 11 - Anticipated 100%
    • Column 12 - Anticipated 95-99%
    • Column 13 - Anticipated 85-94%
    • Column 14 - Anticipated 75-84%
    • Column 15 - Anticipated 50-74%
    • Column 16 - Machine translated
    • Column 17 - Strict New
