Write, GenAI & Studio

  • When prompts and GenAI answers are too long to display, they are now cropped in the widget to optimize the display. Users can now expand or collapse the view
  • Added a permission to be able to download Write copies as XLSX files
  • Added a new CDPD (Contribution, Delivered, Post-edition) workflow in Write to streamline copywriting processes


SAM, SAM Files & Content Browser

  • SAM Files: 
    • Added the ability to automatically ignore hidden sheets during the extraction of XLSX files in SAM Files to prevent unwanted content extraction
    • Added the ability to define context in a key:value format for XLSX file imports in SAM Files, improving context display in the studio
    • Added an option in XLSX scripts to group context by tab, allowing context to be isolated and attached only to the assets generated from that specific sheet
    • Introduced a new global "Group by Tab" option for XLSX scripts, allowing all extracted content from the same Excel sheet to be grouped into a single distinct version
    • Improved SAM Files notifications by including the filename and a direct link to the folder where the file was uploaded
  • Channels: 
    • Users can now do a partial search in the content browser search bar
  • SAM API:
    • Added the ability to query assets via the SAM API using a combination of external ID and item type to prevent duplicate conflicts
    • Improved API asset retrieval to handle conflicts when multiple assets share the same external ID but have different item types
  • SAM: 
    • Modified SAM to handle case sensitive external IDs when dealing with assets
    • The asset table now displays, for each asset, the list of active campaigns (unarchived)
    • Campaign labels, which are attached to assets, are now also attached to the correlated tasks
    • Added a global quality score on each asset version, which is the average of all the fragments' quality scores
    • The 'Open or closed' state of the asset details panel is now saved for each user to avoid having to reopen it on every new asset page


Channels

  • Shopify:
    • Enhanced performances for the Shopify channel, which computes content faster now
    • Wezen now handles content adaptations for markets in Shopify
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
    • Added the template's folder name in the Item Category column for SFMC assets to help differentiate templates with identical names
    • Added the ability to manually refresh assets displayed in the Content Browser to instantly retrieve the latest version


Platform, Notifications & Workspace Management

  • New Wezen logo displayed in all pages
  • Added batch delete functionality for styleguide rules, allowing users to more effectively manage and clean up outdated rules
  • Notifications:
    • Added a new notification alerting users when a file imported via SAM Files is fully localized and reaches the end of its workflow
    • Extended the "assignable" recipient type to "Overdue" and "Deadline" notification rules to prevent users from receiving irrelevant alerts about languages they do not handle


Bugfixes


Studio, Translate & Memory Management

  • When doing bulk actions on tasks, such as labeling them, tasks were automatically unselected after the action was done. Tasks now stay selected to allow users to keep on doing actions on the same set of tasks
  • Fixed issue where filters were reset after adding a new term in the termbase
  • Resolved some display issues of tasks in Translate
  • Restored the informative pop-up displaying parent segment/task details when hovering over the green correlation icon in the Translate studio
  • Resolved significant delays in propagating segment validations to correlated tasks within Translate
  • Fixed interface issue where the memory and termbase did not appear in the side navigation bar
  • Fixed the toggle button in the Translation Memory widget to properly allow users to deactivate the segment difference highlight
  • Fixed behavior when deleting segment in the translation memory. Users needed to refresh the page to see the result. Now it is updated directly
  • Fixed a technical issue that caused translation memory imports to fail with an error


Write

  • Fixed issue where users could see the AI widget in the studio but not use it due to missing AI ressources
  • Enhanced the GenAI widget to allow users to fetch specific parts of a copy or selected sections of a fragment directly within the tool, eliminating the need for manual copy-pasting
  • Fixed an issue where the GenAI widget was unable to correctly locate content in specific fragments when starting a new thread
  • Fixed issue where cloning a template in Write would delete the fragments from the original template
  • Fixed the "Assign to me" button in Write which did not work when clicking on it


SAM, SAM Files & Imports/Exports

  • Fixed an issue where the "Created" and "Last updated" filters on the SAM asset page returned no results
  • Fixed an issue in SAM Files where grouping by tab in XLSX scripts incorrectly used the tab number instead of the tab name
  • Removed the version dropdown from the import action in the Content Browser to simplify user experience
  • Added an option in XLSX scripts to enable or disable HTML encoding levels, preventing the conversion of brackets into HTML entities when unchecked
  • Fixed an issue with CSV exports where straight double quotes were incorrectly escaped with backslashes instead of additional double quotes


Administration Tools & Interface

  • Resolved an issue which prevented users with the Manager role from viewing or editing memory and termbase settings in Translate projects
  • Fixed a bug where the target languages dropdown menu was unresponsive on platform statistics charts (burndown, content reception, project workload)
  • Restored the ability to right-click the Wezen logo to open the platform in a new tab, and ensured the logo correctly redirects to the current workspace
  • Fixed a critical issue that prevented account activation emails from being sent to newly created users with local authentication
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from selecting an existing group when utilizing the grouped resources creation feature
