Write, GenAI & Studio


  • Write and GenAI: 
    • Improved the display of GenAI answers in the widget
    • Improved UX for the template, prompts and briefing pages in Write
    • Changed the Wezen logo to white in the AI widget for more visibility, this logo represents AI responses
    • Added the ability for AI providers to access Guidelines

  • Translate: 
    • Tasks in the "My tasks" view in Translate are now sorted chronologically (oldest first) to optimize workflow order
    • New Translate workflow : Translation > Review > Validation > Delivered.

SAM, SAM Files & Content Browser


  • SAM Files: 
    • Changed the pictogram for the "Download status" widget which was similar to the actual download button, creating confusion
    • Users can now choose to interpret HTML tags or to import them as raw text when setting up their docx script
    • Users can now configure context grouping by keys in Excel (.xlsx) scripts in SAM Files
    • SAM Files' limit upload sizes are now displayed directly on the platform
    • Users can now choose to escape HTML tags when configuring PowerPoint (.pptx) scripts in SAM Files
    • Context in XLSX scripts can now be grouped by content grouping keys instead of always being global.


  • Channels & Content Browser: 
    • Users can now choose which attribute from their record should constitute the displayed asset's name in Wezen. This operation can be done in the channel settings in Wezen
    • The column "Item category" of the content browser now displays the name of the folder containing the template in the user's SFMC instance
    • Users can now define rules to automatically import their content into their workflows through the content browser
    • Fixed issue where the link between parent and child assets was not updated at every synchronization of the channel
    • Clarified Akeneo item types by renaming "Options" to "Attribute option" and "Attribute option" to "Reference entity attribute code"


  • SAM API:
    • Users can now specify the type of their assets when sending content to Wezen with SAM API
    • Users can now specify the origin of their assets when sending content to Wezen with SAM API
    • SAM API now sends back a 400 error message when users try to create assets without specifying external IDs for assets or fragments


  • SAM: 
    • Workflows now have the ability to filter on versions that have/don't have a property or a fragment
    • Users can now configure the AI step in Workflows using fragment names for the output field
    • Users can now import, translate, and export XML files containing comments in SAM Files without altering the file structure
    • Improved the design and performance of the workflow configuration interface in SAM



Platform, Notifications & Workspace Management

  • Users can now select items faster in table (ex: tasks, assets...) by selecting a first item then doing shift+click on another, selecting all the items that are between these two
  • Admins can now add and view custom details for workspace members in the Workspace Members tab
  • Users are now asked to enter their current password when updating their password in their profile

  • Fixed an infinite loading issue when running queries in Query Factory
  • Fixed a display issue where the bottom of the navigation bar was cropped in Translate
  • Fixed an issue where auto-propagation could overwrite target segments after validation

    • Fixed issue when pulling a Salsify record that have image in it would prevent the push back
    • Fixed issue where the Shopify Content Browser "last success" mention would not be updated
    • Fixed issue where the workflow selector in the content browser showed archived workflows
    • Fixed issue where even though the Salsify Push Action would raised an error, the corresponding version isn't in error

  • SAM Files
    • Fixed an issue where exporting files with special characters or accents (such as "é") in their name caused the download to fail
    • Wezen now better handles special characters when extracting them from documents such as .docx
    • File names are now automatically prefilled when downloading a single target language translation in SAM Files.
    • Fixed issue where users could not download multiple files at once if the "File status" column was hidden
    • Fixed an issue in SAM Files where hidden Excel sheets were visible in the template file preview
    • Fixed issue on the GIT connector which would mistakenly not use the latest version of an asset when reintegrating content

  • Fixed issue where a "file imported" notification would be sent even though the import had failed
  • Fixed issue where SSO Login would fail on first attempt and would require reloading the instance URL
