To reset your Wezen app user account's password:
- Go to Wezen Login Page of your Wezen instance: http://[instance name].wezen.com/WS-CNS-AUTH/login
- Click the" Click here" label beside "Forgot Password?".
3. Enter your email address and username, then click "Ask for a recovery email".
4. In the inbox of the e-mail address you have specified, you should have received a password recovery e-mail from app@wezen.com. Click on the password recovery link provided in the e-mail.
5. You will be redirected to the Password Recovery page. Please set a new password twice and confirm.
