You may also try the following quick solutions:

Incognito Mode


  1. On your computer, open chrome. (Press ctrl + shift +n)
  2.  Re-login on Wezen instance that you're trying to access


Clear Cache


  1. On your computer, open chrome
  2. On the url bar look for padlock button then go to cookies then press remove then press done. Please refer to the gif below.

Alternative Browsers

We would also recommend you to use other browsers if you're still experiencing difficulties with chrome.
