Shortcuts

You will find different categories of shortcut that applies to the translation studio usage.


General shortcuts:

  • Jump to first segment --> Ctrl + Shift + ▲
  • Jump to last segment --> Ctrl + Shift + ▼
  • Jump to previous segment --> Ctrl + ▲
  • Jump to next segment --> Ctrl + ▼
  • Validate segment --> Ctrl + Enter
  • Validate all --> Ctrl+ Shift +Enter
  • Save --> Ctrl + S


  • Switch between HTML/Interpreted modes --> Ctrl + H
  • Show whitespaces --> Ctrl + D
  • Add a non-breaking space --> Ctrl + Shift + Space
  • Lock selected HTML tags --> Ctrl + L
  • Unlock selected HTML tags --> Ctrl + Shift + L


Formatting tools shortcuts:

  • Bold --> Ctrl + B
  • Italic --> Ctrl + I
  • Underline --> Ctrl + U
  • Special characters --> Ctrl + J
  • Search & replace --> Ctrl + F
  • Insert URL --> Ctrl + K
  • Filters --> Ctrl + Shift +F
  • Copy source to target for all segments --> Ctrl + Shift + Insert
  • Copy source to target for selected segment --> Ctrl + Insert
  • Switch casing between Titlecase UPPERCASE and lowercase --> Shift + F3
