If you experience any latency issues on Wezen, please try the below options:
  1. Verify if the slowness is due to your internet connection speed, using a speed test website like speedtest.net.
  2. Try accessing Wezen in incognito mode in Google Chrome.
  3. Switch to another internet network, such as another wifi access point, share your mobile data via your smartphone, etc.
  4. Try disabling your anti-virus temporarily, see if it improves loading speed. If so, the anti-virus may need to be configured not to limit access to *.wezen.com domain.
  5. Try accessing Wezen from another computer. If there's no issue, most likely the first computer needs to be investigated further.
